About Me
I created Zenafs for the woman who has spent years carrying everything quietly.
At 21, I didn’t realise I was anxious. I just thought I needed to keep pushing through.
Looking back, I spent years forcing myself outside my comfort zone, learning how to navigate fear, uncertainty, and overwhelm.
Nearly a decade later, after working with hundreds of people, I have noticed something important:
The women who thrive are not the women who never struggle. They are the women who learn how to understand themselves.
How to respond instead of react. How to stop abandoning themselves. How to return to themselves again and again.
Zenafs is rooted in that belief.
You do not need to become a different person to feel calm. Sometimes you simply need the right support to reconnect with who you already are.
Clinically grounded
